Im a first time grower and im really worried about my buds! I hung them up to dry in my closet 2 days ago and theyve become very crispy..im not sure if i should leave them longer or start curing from now?? I remoistened some of them with a lettuce lead but an hour after i hung them to dry again they went crispy..

i just want to make sure there okay

grab one of the stems and crack it in half if it gives a "snap" sound put them in jars, if they are drying to fast which in my opinion will make the smoke harsher, you may have to attempt to control the humidity in your room

  1. Dry: Buds left in well ventilated dark place for 24 hours
  2. Cure: Buds stored in sealed bag and left in dark place for 8 hours
  3. Dry: Buds left in well ventilated dark place for 16 hours
  4. Cure: Buds stored in sealed bag and left in dark place for 6 hours
  5. Dry: Buds left in well ventilated dark place for 12 hours
  6. Steps continued likewise as necessary

totally normal, when they wet up take em out of the jars, dry a bit more put em back, repeat till it slows down

Perfectly normal - that is the chlorophyl being released. You get the good smell as it cures.
