Critical auto leaf problem

This plant is about 3 weeks old and was doing very well until recently when I had to transplant it into a bigger pot. At the same time I also topped it. It was so healthy and vibrant in the smaller pot. It has not done well since the tranplant. It has stopped growing and the leaves have curled inwards a little and this of course has developed. It started off as a drak patch looking almost spongy but now has turned brown.
The ph is 6.0 on the runoff and the last 2 waterings have been just that. Only water. Watered it into the new pot a week ago then watered it today so don't think I'm overwatering.
Any ideas?

What's you're medium? Looks like twigs and other shit is in it. You're PH is likely off AT 6.0, again what's the medium, it doesn't appear to have been over fed in my opinion. If the PH is out of whack can lock out phosphorus (brown spots like yours).

Whats kind of water are you using and whats the ph and its ppm going in. What kind of soil is it?

Water is RO with a PH of 7.0. PPM I do not know but am assuming very low.

Medium is flushed coco chips (40%) mixed with perlite(5%)/local potting soil(40%) and some super peat(15%). Super peat has a 6.0 ph. Potting soil much higher ph (over 7) and coco under 6.0)

The super peat does have nutes in it. (N 11 - P16 - K22)

The local potting soil has a few of those weak amber vitamin balls in it too. Not a lot though.

did it touch a cfl light?

what light you using and how far away is it from plant?
Using CFL's which I had very very low. There are other bits on the plant suffering from CFL burn but this is not the same at all. I have since raised the CFL's.
