Critique my new grow room and new clone attempt!

Here is my new room that is taking shape. It is just 4 ft x 4 ft x 4.5 ft (See attached pics)

• I have got 3x 250 Quantum Boards (Meanwell/Samsung) but only one installed at the moment for clones.
• Going to have Co2 tank/regulator/controller next week.
• Already have Aircon (split type).
• Today finished Installing a drain for the floor and sloped the floor/waterproofed the floor.
• I am using Tuya Smarthome software and hardware to control all the equipment (sensors, smart outlets, smart universal remote and software timers will trigger environmental controls such as lights, aircon and c02).

I have never done cloning until a couple of weeks ago and hard zero success so far since I was not able to control the environment well.
Now I am hoping at least 1-2 of these clones survives and flourishes (one looks almost dead). Let me know if it sounds okay?:

• I have got the temps at around 75 F.
• The 250 Quantum Board is dimmed to the lowest setting.
• The plants have been sprayed under the dome with high quality San Pelligrino Italian sparkling mineral water (I know it's kinda funny, I heard the roots like the C02) with a pinch of Myco+ for supporting root growth.
• I had used Clonex
• Theya are on a 16/8 cycle.

To short

You should have given yourself around 6ft or slightly more As those lights will most likely need between 18-24” of room between plants and the light.

add to this you’re requirement for plant pots approx 8”-12” in height, hanging your lights and filters etc you’re going to run out of headroom pretty quickly.

Thats why I am going to do a lot of training and SCROG. I had no choice about the 55 inches. Will need to favor Indica and flip them to flower them early. Its tight but doable. No? I was thinking about having some kind of custom sized pots that are extra wide and extra short. Any Idea how I could make a custom sized bucket? I guess I could just buy a big air pot and then cut the top section yeah?

No more water on those clones till they root
Overwatering will cause the plant to not search with its roots

The cloth pots would work and are easy to trim down

Good Luck! Nicely thought out.. I currently have 4 clones topped and defoliated in a 2x2x4 tent. 2 gal fabric pots. Wish I thought of the short but wide approach.. but I wouldn't fit all 4 with the floor space. I am going to hopefully veg them for 5 more weeks in there.

Micro grow, I assume you are using SCOG too?

Looks like I will go for 10 gallon rectangular fabric pot and cut it in half horizontally. Or similar with Air pot (but those are round).

Maybe I'll do half air pot for the first grow, and half fabric to see if any performs better for some reason.

Any pros lemme know about the dimensions? I assume its okay but always good to get feedbacks... Thanks

I got a 10 Lb tank that should last about 2-4 months. It will be fully automated with the regulator (30$ on Aliexpress) I bought plus the controller/sensor. I did a lot of research on the controller/sensor and am going with a new product from Hessway on Aliexpress, it will be controlled by a smart home app from Tuya at $160.

The company inkbird has really good prices and quality but their C02 controller/sensor but it wont be ready for another 2 months or so.

10 gallon totes. 9" tall. Bought @ Lowes.

Water goes in high one side...

Comes out low on the other.

you’ve got 12” between lights and plants.
Depending upon lighting ( @coreywebster ) you may need 18”-24” between your lights and plant.

Is looking good to me your inline blower what kind

A pal of mine used to grow in a 4" deep tray, all shared root space, more frequent watering but kept the pot dimensions lower.
Then after the best part was he just cut the stems, harvested, and rolled up the old soil and roots like turf.
Fit right into garbage bags quick and easy.

If your pumping co2 should be fine provided all other things are in line.
Specifically root and air temps. 75f is low I would bump that up to 80 and higher when flowering with co2.

Looks good, what about humidity control? Once you have mature plants in there, you may need a dehumidifier unless you're in a really dry climate.

Are you saying that Co2 can help to reduce light burn? Thats good to know and keep in mind. Yes I understand about the temps being higher for Co2 uptake.

No inline blower installed yet but I've ordered a basic 4 inch model and carbon filter, on the way.

I'm in a super humid and hot zone. Today I tested out the air conditioner. It's not an inverter.
Using a sensor, I tried to set it to dehumidify when the humidity was above 60 and to cool when temps went above 75. Well, it was kind of a disaster because the humidity was fluctuating from 40 to 90% really wild. Therefore I decided that I likely definitely need a separate dehumidifier.

Seeing as my space is so small and I have a drain to use, I ordered the following one (20$ from China):

Would appreciate if you could let me know how it works
