cured to early? mold!

Hey all I recently harvested my 5 plants . hung the plants for 3 days then put in paper bags (rumbles harvest) for 4 days then into the jars for cure. One week into the cure and bam there it is mold! Only affecting one plant (pure kush) so I salvaged what I could and inspected every jar being very paranoid all 4 other strains (ak47 white widdow bubble yum and laughing Buddha) were all fine.

Being over cautious I took all buds out and put them in paperbags with a dehumidifier in the tent. Is this the right thing to do? I'm worried the buds will overdry now and taste harsh. So disappointed this is a first for mold for me.

Any opinions on the matter?

mold will be a total fucked in the ass. over dry. no. as ling as the bud don't start falling apart crumble it will be fine. after its total dry throw it into a jar let it chillax smoke your other product first then the super fast dryed. note if the mold is white its not deadly. if its black or grey toss it. don't give it to people with real medical conditions. cancer aids so on. it will be devastating to them. white mold wont kill you or get you sick. still don't rec smoking it. but some people sell it like that seams to be fine.

Thanks for the reply yeah it was white looked like spider webs white wispy shit. Totally devastated since seeing it last night it's totally got me bummed.

Any who all the product is out of of their jars for probably overnight or the next day. Should I be waiting for the stems to snap before going back into jars?
This mold has me totally paranoid to not loose my whole crop.

i wait till stems bend /snap but don't break. put in jars. open jars everyday for few hours for a week with decreased open times after that.

Pick up a small hygrometer from a cigar or tobacco shop or online. Never jar bud that's over 70 RH. Between 65-70 always burp regularly until your in the range of 60-64, 62 RH being ideal. Once you're around 62 you can seal them and burp less frequently for a few weeks then seal them up after. I have heard of people using the Boveda 62 humidipacks to aid curing with good results.

I also do the 3-4 day hang 3-4 day paper bag method. I wait till the stems crack or crackle rather than snap through. Then I jar them and cure. Always make sure to take all of the bud out of the jar and rotate them around for the first bit of the cure, to promote air flow between the buds.

Thanks for the tip on the hydrometer but it's a little late this time.
I'm guessing there is no other way to tell they are ready for the jars.
This is the first time this has happened to me.
Will drying for a cpl of days at this stage be detrimental?
