Curious if there's anything I should do at this point in my grow

This is my first grow besides my test run of tomatoes. The plants are three feminized Northern Lights from seeds. I am running a 250W/400W variable HPS cooltube setup (set to 400W) inside a refitted refrigerator. I'm using very fine mist aeroponics and General Hydroponics FloraNova Bloom for nutrients. I have plenty of ventilation, although I do wish I had a fan to blow directly on the leaves and stems. I'm doing SCROG for vegetation management. Everything with the fridge is great, except for the height. I'm dealing with a total of 17" between the top of my aeroponics box and the bottom of my light's cooltube. I'm about 7 weeks into flowering. I'm probably a little behind, because I accidentally let my aeroponics reservoir go dry when I had injured my back. There was a LOT of wilt, but they're sprung back remarkably well.

I may do a bigger write up of my grow later, but, for now, I have a quick question. The plants are still stretching about an inch higher every day. This isn't too big a problem, except for the very center under the light (which is as far from the plants as I can set it). I'm getting the standard yellowing/canoeing that you see when your plants are too close to the lights (I know it's not nitrogen burn). It's not too bad, I don't have any dead leaves, but I worry that, if I don't do something, I will have some dead spots soon. I've tried to move buds out of this area as much as possible, but I don't want to keep adjusting my SCROG this late in the flowering phase.

What are your thoughts on the light issue and the continued stretch?

Thanks,
