Curled leaves with small white/yellow spots? What does this mean?

Ok, my plants where awesome then all of a sudden they where curled and had white/yellow spots. I tryied a new plant food resently??? I doubt that was it thought...

I would really be thankful for any help guys...

I just transplatted my plant in new/fresh soil just incase it was that new plant food it is a 30-10-10 blend so I figured it might be too much nitrogen and decided to swap the soil out instead of taking any drastick measures.

ya from what ive read when you introduce new nutes especially at high concentrations your plants may react by turning yellow, but im not sure about curling. switching the soil should be god and just go back to your old nutes for now
