could be a bunch of things. over watering mabye?
All weeds search for water and over time that makes the root structure strong. with too much water, you get root rot and the leaves like to suck up amazing amounts of water.
maybe too intense of sunlight.
I live in las vegas. if I were to leave my babies outback for more than two to five in DIRECT OVERHEAD SUNLIGHT they would shrivel. I've already had to cut two sets of vegetative leaves off because they got burned. INDIRECT Light is awesome.
