Curled tips on new growth and burn? HELP PLEASE!

The only things i have done over the time the plants have acted this way is transplant them from solo cups (which i really dont see this been transplant shock) and treat then with thripes terminator.

But you can definatly see a diffrence in the previous 5 finger fans looking perfectly healthy.

4 Weeks old.

Additional info Growing mix -
Soil Genetics - Blue Dream Feed -
Water every 3-4 days. They had there first nute feed after transplant (VERY LOW) Foxfarm Nutes
Thirps Terminator - Dr Schimmel Spider Mite Terminator (recommended by local hydro store)

Have you got thrips or mites?

I have/had thrips but the spidermite bottle works for both and was recommended from local hydro guy, which it seems to have worked well, these pictures are 4 days after that but also like 6 days after transplant and first feed, so not too sure what it could be. Also is it possible i pressed the soil too hard (using a solo cup to create the shape to put her in new pot) and stopped the roots from growing through the soil becaouse i compact it too tight?
