Curled up edges HELP

I have 9 plants.. 2 of them have curled edges! I already moved them farthest from the light but that didn’t help.1000w led. About 20 in from plants. My temps always stay between 73-79 degrees and humidity is always up and down between 50-66%. The worst one is in FFOF with 20% perlite and has only been getting 7.0 water with no Nutrients. But my runoff ph was 5.3 so I gave it a 8.0 like a week ago one time(after curling was already Occurring) but other than that all 7.0 waterings. Plants are 3 weeks old. Bright side all are green and no brown spots showing signs of light burn.
ANY HELP?

What led? If it's actually 1000w, 20" is too close.

Also, checking the run-off pH of bagged semi-organic soil doesnt tell you nothing & adjusting it doesn't make sense if you haven't added anything yet, just let the soil do its work, pH will swing at the root zone as it dries up.

Honestly idk what the actual wattage is ... i don’t think it actually pulls 1000 watts it’s a cheap led light I bought for 100$ off amazon that was labeled as a 1000 watt led light ... I really don’t feel like it’s the light because I would thing most plants would feel the stress if it was to close but that’s just my opinion off the situation

I could be wrong though it may be to close because my plants are staying pretty stacked and could use a little more stretch so I will lift it to see what happens

Paranoia won’t let me post pics but it never ever has reached over 79 at the highest point of the plant... so could it actually be heat stress or maybe the high humidity... I’ve literally googled everything this whole week and can’t find a conclusive answer

Leaf edges curl for one reason only.

Moisture at Leaf surface is lower than the moisture of the air.

This can be caused by heat, low RH, lights being too close.

I appreciate your help on this forum and the other guys I’ve been posting on that you’ve been helping me with. I think and hope it’s been figured out
