Curling leaves

Went down and looked at my plant this after noon a leaf looks like it is wilting and curling on the sides What is that about?

Also I looked for that Azmax couldnt find it anywhere Neem oil couldnt find it anywhere in my town or outside my town What is the best next thing? I have been using this on my plants cause I had white spots but caught it early? Could the curling be from this soap? Brown tips on leaves what does that mean? Will have a pic of curling of the leaf next time I post

Neem Oil can be found at Lowes if you have one in your town.... As far as the soap I guess it all depends on how much you use in your mix to whether or not it effects your leaves...

it says just to spray the leafs and the undersides i did it only twice this week cause i thought i had thirps
