Customs problem?

I did a order on Seedsman over Black Friday and they sent out my seeds and arrived in ISC NY on (11-27-17)
and have not updated since... Not sure if its because of the holiday or if customs got them or what, kinda sucks as this is my second purchase ever, the first was on another site and everything was fine

ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS)
Your item has been processed through our facility in ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) on November 27, 2017.

Origin Post is Preparing Shipment

^ Does this mean it passed through customs or? I asked a friend of USPS and all they knew as this was Customs and said nothing more :/

Has anyone else ordered from them over the weekend and got theres or went pasted customs and on the way yet?

I've found that when I have a package that's only been in custom for three days, the best option is to call the post office and tell them that you have seeds which need to be grown, so they should expedite the process.

Might buy a pound of tomato seeds just to see if they will pass customs.

Yes and no.

All of that means they received it and processed it.

Origin Post is Preparing Shipment

That means that the station that is going to send it out to the post office that will eventually send it to you is preparing to ship it on down the line, but they haven't yet.

Normally, it will be sent the next day or two after that notice. So it probably left there on the 28th or 29th. You also have to remember the heavy loads on mail this time of year. If you don't have it by Monday of next week, then odds are it was nabbed.

it has passed customs I have had dozens make it thur same port

Yes. It just hasn't left the building to the final distribution hub yet.

i had 2 packs of stardawg F1s take over 3 weeks from NY - > CAN and it was untracked letter mail, boy was i shitting bricks worrying they got nabbed. i mean they were a gift but still i wouldn't have been able to get them again.

What is ISC in New York?
ISC=International Sorting Center. That's the USPS sorting center to which the mailpiece went to be processed. It isn't a Customs plant, but a Postal processing facility.

I also got Black Friday stuff. Says it left UK yesterday for Toronto, why did your stuff go to the USA?
