Hope everyone is good
I have recently built framework for a 5x5 room to mate up with 20 CXB3590 running at 1050ma driven by 4 hlg-185h-c1050A.
My drivers are mounted on the frame work and held together with rivets and my heatsinks are anodised.
I was going to add a wire from my frame work and connect it through wagos to the ground/earth of my drivers and the wall plug. Before I was about to do just that I was testing continuity of my framework to the ground wire of my drivers and were showing continuity on all 4.
Now im wondering do I even need to add a wire from my framework? Obviously I want to protect myself from getting zapped when I touch the lights, I have took precautions such as rubber grommets and heatshrink tubing to not run wire through bare metal anyway, my heatsinks are anodized so its not conductive.
I am not completely stupid in terms of wiring but I'm not a electrician so could do with your helps please, it will be appreciated.
