ok i had a problem yesterday on my plants. my friends brother got courious and set the switch to the MH side instead the HPS side. it was like this for a day and the plants just like dropped but still growing and leafs are green. i already put sticks to help it back up and kinda added more soil what should i do. its a 400 watt hps

put it back to the hps .

dont think changing to metal halide would do that, sounds more like overwatering.

How far into flowering are you ? It shouldn't do that just in one day of being on MH. Sounds like something else is wrong.
