I haven't come across the "Dry" issue yet, but, I will say things have slowed down a bit. Personally I think it has to do with a lot of the majors out here were slowing things waiting for the results of M74. I could be wrong, and it was just a weird event, but that measure would have increased the expense to the grower dramatically.
I know one guy who went to the point of stopping all production in November to wait out the result; I told him he was being a bit over-cautious, but then again, if he thought that, how many others felt the same way?
