Dark cycle

I have my lady in flowering and I’ve been getting off work pretty late after the light went off. Is there any way for me to go in while the light is off without disturbing the twelve hour light cycle? Such as using a special light that may not interfere with the flowering. Any advice

Grab yourself a green headlamp, green light, a green led or quality green lens lamp. Check out your local hydro shop or wherever you buy equipment.

I open the tent up all the time with low light on in the room, hasn't effected anything.

The green light is the only way to go as suggested, i wouldn't use it for a long period of time or everyday, they need there 12 hours of uninterrupted darkness for a reason, and we know this.

Me, i wouldn't even use a green light.

I don't like to disturb them but if it's unavoidable i use a green headlamp.

It's said that green light doesn't them.
