Does anyone out thier plants through a dark period before they harvest. What are the benefits if any?

No. Tried it just to de bunk it.

did absolutely nothing but waste 2 days.

Yes its a must. Makes buds more resinous!!! 24-48 hours!!!!

Maybe if u ran high uvb, uva for the last week that might happen
