Dark spots on the lower leaves...any ideas?

Are you using RO water or coco as your medium? either way looks like cal/ mag def to me. add some cal mag to your res.

What is RO water? I started the seeds in Oasis cubes, now the cubes are in 3" net pots with Hydroton filled in. It's in an Aeroponic bathtub. One month from seed. I have only put superthrive in water besides ph up/down as needed.
