dArk spots

please help!!! and see little spots starting to alpear on the leave even the newer leaves. does anybody recognize what this could be from??

Did you scope it to see if it is bug poop? Doesn't really look like it but good to take a look under scope anyway to learn more about it. There is something called leaf spotting that is a possibility if it has sort of a yellow ring around the black, can't see it in your photo. I'm not familiar with any deficiencies that appear like that but that could be a possibility as well.

I dont know the ph..honestly never checked it comes right out of the spicket. I don't know how and never seemed to need to be checked Would I use strip for like the pool?? I know I sound uneducated but I'm trying to change that
