I do 2 days but I’ve heard people do longer even as long as 5 days. From my personal experience I see an increase of resin production, it’s nothing dramatic but to me it’s worth it. There was a study done on this by a medical marijuana institute I believe called SIMMS and they found an increase in thc production by up to 30% after 48 hours of darkness. No change in CBD or CBN. Hope this helps

Although they call themselves an Institute and it all sounds very official and scientific... in reality it is just a club of people with hardly any scientific background. They are from the Netherlands and are connected to a club of old time stoners. Fun people and with no bad intentions.
But scientific? Nope.
So don't take their word for it.

I get what you’re saying but because I myself see the results in my grows I believe the tests are probably true. Not saying you are guaranteed 30% increase like the study says

Perhaps it is true, I have no idea.
Just wanted to give some background information on this Institute.
