Day 21, Looking for feedback

Hello,
I’m a new member joined today. Would love to get some honest feedback on my current grow. I’m on day 21, growing with a coco medium. Had to replant around day 14 due to a drainage issue. I took these photos this morning was wondering how far off my plant is from what a healthy plant should look at day 21 thanks so much,
Boston

Give a bit more detail about your grow area, lights what you are feeding ect. What was the drainage issue?

They don't really look that unhealthy... maybe a little over watered ... they're really small for 21 days tho...lettem dry out n give em a good environment n they should start to take off..good drainage, good temps, air flow, n light are the basics for happy environment for seedlings...

Thanks for the feedback, I was told most likely was over watered. Could that be from poor drainage? I know good drain is required to get oxygen to the roots. What do you recommend to fix the drain? Should I try a new medium?

2ft LED t-5s. When I watered they would stay wet and took a long time to drain out the bottom. The cups would be heavy for a few days after water so I figured it wasn’t going anywhere

No prob n yes...I use soil n cut it bout 20% with perlite...n make sure u have drainage holes in bottom of cups or pots... fabric smart pots are better n what I usually use...but u can jus cut ur coco w perlite I suppose
