Their bloom packs N to keep weed green. Also it’s a little heavy in P which causes issues later in flower.
I use them like this.
Grow until stretch is done. Then 1 dose of bloom for added P to help bud formation. Then after that go 50/50 until last 2-3 weeks. 50/50 gives a nice 1-1-1 balanced feed. I’ve experimented with adding their pK boost. I honestly found it works best with their grow. When mixing grow and PK boost it gives you a 1-1-2 ratio which is ideal for late flower when K is most needed. Their pK boost is actually a 2/4/8.
I also found feed, feed, water works best than feeding every time. Just remember to try and not get lots of run off when using just water as this will strip the N from the soil. N is the most water soluble nutrient.
I also have very soft water so I add 1tbsp of lime per 10L of soil to stop acidification
One last bit of info. I found a few times I was lacking manganese. Manganese is hard to absorb when there’s a high organic matter present. I fixed it by introducing 1g of manganese sulphate once per a week from the seedling phase.
Good luck!
That is a real interesting read.
I used Plant Magic a few years back along with Bio Bizz soil and it was OK. Then, in the first lockdown, I couldn't get it. So I looked at the Wife's Jack's Magic and Tomorite. So I used to pot up twice in veg and then into the final pot just before the flip. Then after that I would give Tomorite and Epsom salt to the end. I did get a bit of calcium def, so I took to adding calcium chloride to the epsom salt. It worked well.
Then this no peat thing came along. Jack's Magic turned to shit, the alternatives are so full of mouldy crap they are an instant fungus gnat infestation. The Tomorite solution stopped working well.
So I have gone back to Plant Magic Oldtimers Trio, grow, bloom and pk 4-8, because it works and I have been vegging in a coir/compost based seedling mix and the Plant Magic has been superb. I have had my water tested and it has no ca or mg to speak of, so I give a periodic dose of Epsom Salt and Calcium Chloride, just a tablespoon of calcium chloride and teaspoon of Epsom salt in 5L every other week. I had ca def and it didn't come back, so I guess it works.
My mate is a Chemist and he thought the idea of ready made calmag was hilarious and a rip off, so he came up with the calcium chloride idea, he also reckoned we give our plants far too much calmag, I think he is right.
I am about half way through veg and my plants are looking superb. I have given up on peat free soil mixes and have discovered a loop hole in the peat ban. It is only banned on retail sales in England, not the rest of the UK. So I am now about to trial Plant !T Pro Low Peat Mix, bought from Amazon. Amazon a company that routes all of it's sales through Luxembourg to avoid UK taxation. It gets decent reviews and is supposed to be very similar to Bio Bizz Light Mix, so I am going to go with the Plant Magic Schedule and adjust it to suit.
Your method sounds very interesting. I have my second tent set up and still have my old COB lamps sitting idle, so I am going to do some CBD/THC Autos at the same time, these...

Afghan Pearl CBD Automatic Seeds - Sensi Seeds UK
Afghan Pearl CBD Automatic is 60% indica, 40% sativa, with a THC to CBD ratio of 1:1 to 2:1. The high is relaxing and happy.
I am going to give your method a try with them.
Thanks for sharing.
