Day 30 Flower - FUNGUS ?

I have 17 Skunk#1 on Day 31 of 12/12 Flower
using 6 x 4ft (of an 8 x 4ft tent)
under a 1000w and a 600w HPS.

When the light came back on, yesterday,
the top bud of the centre plant had the appearance of wet paint on it.
On the bud and, more noticeably, surrounding on the trim leaves.

I cannot get my dehumidifier for about 8 days.
I have turned up the 8"RvK and added a 4th fan.

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I imagine you could be in my grow room looking at the plant and STILL not know.
Why else would you devote time to being a useless wanker???

Is this powdery mildew?

Wet paint, not familiar with thst fungus strain.

Obviously humidity is the problem. No dehu for a week, hmm. Sulfur vaporizer?
