Strains: 1x Seedsman Blueberry
1x Barney’s Wedding Cake
Medium: 5 Gallon Fabric Pots w/ 60% FF Ocean Forest, 40% Happy Frog, 20% added Perlite, 1/2 cup Dolomite Lime Top Dressed twice (once in the middle of Veg, Once 2 weeks into Flower)
Lighting: Mars Hydro TSL2000 (300 actual Watts). 16 inches on average from canopy during Veg, 12” on average during Flower
Ventilation: AC Infinity T6 with the Controller
Environment: Temps Range from 68F at night during lights out to 74F during the day with light on. Humidity between 40-48% . Homemade Tent using Panda Film, PVC pipe and Orca White Reflective Tape approximately, approximately 26” W, 40” D, 72” H.
Nutes: Cal-Mag by GH, FF Tiger Bloom, FF Cha-Ching, AN’s Bud Candy. All water is purified to below 5ppm before adding nutes then ranges the PH between 6.3 and 6.7 while mainly sticking to 6.5 on just watering days
Wedding Cake is currently showing 5-10% amber trichomes, most pistols are amber and beginning to recede into Calyx. Remaining trichomes about 60% cloudy with the remaining clear to cloudy in appearance, I’m thinking of chopping her in exactly a week from now which will bring it to a total of 63 days of flower. Smell is currently pretty strong with undertones of Skunk and mainly smelling earthy with a hint of fruity berries. Only watering with PH’d purified water for last 2 weeks to promote leaf fading
Blueberry not many amber pistils, mainly all white still and continuing to pop out in hopes of being fertilized (better luck next time ladies, no dick for you this time). Havent scoped the trichomes yet as I’m pretty sure these girls have at least 2-3 more weeks left to finish. Still supplementing late bloom nutes and carbs to promote bud growth, Will end this soon to begin final weeks of flower. Smell is currently slightly chemically/perfume-ish, with a heavy lemon berry smell. Not skunky at all, undertones of earthy pine smell.
Both ladies were topped once at the 5th node then heavily LST’d and then staked to Bamboo Stakes to support Bud weight. Let me know what you think!
