Daylight + Civil twilight enough to keep out of premature flower?

Good AM! I have been planing to move my plants full time outside soon as the temperatures are warm enough and they are fully hardened to sunlight. I get 13 hours and 53 minutes of light including 55 minutes of civil twilight to bring it to a total of 14 hours and 48 minutes of total light. A few places I have read over 14.5 hours of total light would keep them out of flowering. Am I good to go? Or should I hold off a few days. Also should note started them on 18/6 but over the course of several weeks they are down to a 15/9 light schedule.

You should be fine to move outside. They will likely be in a bit of shock for a week or two and by the time they really get growing again the days will be longer but either way 14 hours should be enough to keep them in veg.
