My schedule was 5am to 5pm, so without adjusting the timer it now would be 6am to 6pm DST....or adjust the timer by an hour to get back to 5am to 5pm DST

So it's either change your personal schedule (which is not a viable option for me) or change the light schedule, which is slightly stressful to the plants.

I wish we could have a vote to retain or scrap Daylight Savings Time

Shouldnt really be too stressful on the plants I wouldn't think. I wish they would just keep it the same but the DST is more to my liking as its lighter later when I get home :).

I'd suggest trying to keep the schedule for the plant the same if at all possible. If you do have to change the timer, I'd set it to where you end up with an extra hour of darkness rather then the extra hour of light.

I say just change the timer . Don't tell the plants . Shouldn't have much effect , if any on the plants .

But isk no one asks you to change you schedule.......just your timers.....it is a pain especially for the ones who have many lights more so for the ones that forgot....

Happy plants are full of glee and care less what time it is. And they say DST is for agricultural purposes. *scoff*

Nah it's for business purposes.

Apparently it's more profitable to have the additional hour of light in the evening as opposed to the morning
