Dead spots and twisting leaves on seedling

This is the 7th day since sprouting 4 runtz seeds. Yesterday I noticed dead spots on all 4 seedlings and they seem to have intensified over night. Some leaves point upward and twist while others droop and twist. I’m not sure what the problem could be, other than maybe overwatering. I watered the first 4 days with a spray bottle, then on day 5 and 6 with about 30 ml of water each cup.

Hey bud....I've got a couple that look the same. Twisted, spotty, like yours but smaller. What'd ya do??? I've only got a few grows under my belt and have planted directly into final pots, autos. This time, photos, in solo cups to start. It's odd...is it the small cups??? Idk

I think it is the solo cups, these same plants are on day 60, just flipped them, and I am almost positive it was an overwatering issue. It wasn’t that I was giving too much water, I was just watering too often. The problem with solo cups is that the drainage is very poor, even with holes. This is my first grow, but since switching to fabric pots, it’s nearly impossible to overwater. As to what I did, I just let them do their thing. I went a whole week without water, I definitely stunted their growth, but they bounced back.
