Hi all,
I'm a medical patient who's been growing for about year and am having some difficulty troubleshooting the nutes for my deathstar.
I got the plant as a clone about 7 weeks ago, started it in Fox Farms soil, watered with ph'd plain RO water for about two weeks, then started HydroNova Grow for about two weeks. I noticed a bunch of my other strains having nitrogen toxicity - guessing this was from watering them too soon with nutes when FF is stuffed full of 'em, so backed off the HydroNova Grow and instead did a CalMag/ph'd RO water mix for about two weeks. The plant was then showing some deficiencies - light yellow growth, kind of a patina on the leaves, so I started rewatering with HydroNova Grow. The plant had also become rootbound, so I transplanted to a new 5 gal with fresh FoxFarm early last week and here we are. Should I go back to the CalMag mix or keep watering with nutrients?
Symptoms are: patina'd/discolored leaves/very rough spots, some twisted/stunted/too light growth. I included a bunch of pics.
I think pH is pretty solidly in the 6.4 to 6.9 range, but don't have a measurement off this plant super recently.
any ideas? thanks much for any thoughts
