Decarbing trim ??

I was wondering what temp and how long do you guys decarb trim for ? I have heard and seen some methods but all of them are different. One hour for trim seems excessive. I plan to make gummies out of some canna oil if I can figure this out. I am in desperate need for a recipe. I also have this chart that I think is for buds only. Your info would really help me not waste alot of time,bud and money. Thanks

25 minutes at 240F in the oven. I decarb bud and trim all at the same time, in the same way. Bud is all broken up pretty finely before going into the oven.

45 min at 250F. Cookie sheet line with foil. Grind up your material. Not powder fine. Smells the whole pad! Fair warning.
