Ok i'm going to defer to the smart people of RUI...
I've been seriously jumping back and forth between options, and the more i read the more i feel like crying as i feel more and more lost.
I was originally planning to go with vero29g7's but recently been reading that the 1825 or even the cxm22's are better to go with (Technically cxm32 are what i saw to go with but apparently no one sells those so... ya)
My issue is i'm trying to light a 2x4 tent i'm getting for christmas, will probably start with just growing vegies to tune in my green thumb and do funner things later... and i'm gonna be on a budget i'm trying to stay in the 200-300$ range, and i like the idea of cobs because i could maybe start with 2 sets of 2 or 1 set of 2 and add another set later if the light wasn't enough
I know for a 2x4 optimally i'm looking for i believe 60k lumens (7500/sqft), not sure the most cost effective way to get to that number, or if its even possible for my budget, but if i can get into the "good grow light but not great till you add X more" it would be nice.
Would like to use 1 spectrum for veg/flower, so i'd imagine that means 3000k-4000k?
If anyone can help i know its you guys...
BTW if diycobs reads this, dude check your mail
