Deficiency/burn or lockout?

Hello everyone, I’ve got some discoloration and “burning” happening on some of my plants leaves and I wanted to hear some opinions as to what it may be caused from. Just for reference I’m running one 1000w LED in a 5x5 grow tent and I’ve got six plants in 3 gallons on day 23 of veg. They are in a soil based mix using roots organic as it’s base with some EWC’s, myco, and humic acid added. About a week ago one plant started to show discoloration and now most of the plants are showing signs of either burn or deficiency. We’ve only fed once (with advanced nutrients connoisseur @ half strength) on the 21st. I’m on my way to the store to get some ph down -I measured the oh going in at about 7.2 and the runoff being between 6.8-7 which I understand is too high for cannabis...maybe ph is my main issue. This is my first indoor grow if you can’t already tell, please let me know if I’ve left anything out. Sorry about the pictures with flash-I figured it was better than with the leds on. Thanks in advance..

IMO it's nute burn. Your soil should give it plenty for quite a while. You want to run your soil low in N by the time you hit bloom so that you can either feed nutrients, or have your soil amended for it. You don't want to do both.
I'd save the nutes for bloom.
That ph isn't a big deal, you aren't locking anything out, your soil is buffering it. You do want to bring it down, but that's not the problem here.
