Deficiency or PH problem??

So I've recently had some yellowing in leaves and newly formed bud sites and I'm trying to figure out what the issue is. Plants are only 3 days into flower after a 4 week veg under 400 watt vero29 cobs that stay 17-20 inches away. They're in 5 gallon smart pots with ffof and the ff trio as supplements. I recently fed them yesterday at about 70% recommended amount by ff and they loved it, but they're still showing yellowing. Any help?!

dxing on the internet is always hard, but if you just flipped, and didn't cross mix your bloom from veg nuets, you would be nitro deficient.

I never foliar feed, but a light kelp spray might help.

if not just add some veg nuets on the next feeding, watch your PPM's and keep them correct.

Thanks for the feedback, I did mix some veg and flower nutes actually. Could that be an issue? I was planning on continuing the veg nutes at about 50% until the 2nd week of flower. I was around 860ppm on this feeding which was the heaviest so far. I'll have to look into the kelp spray

Using any epsom salts? magnesium.. they look pale to me. Looks like they have plenty of light and want to grow hard, but lacking that green. How long have you been in the FFOF soil? it has nutrient, and if you mixed an unbalanced food, might be creating a lockout. but.. if you have been in that soil for over a month/ veg included, you shouldn't be locking up. What is you Room temp day/night and your RH day and night?

I'm not using any Epsom salts and was considering it to even be a calmag issue. I just ordered some calmag so hopefully that helps, but for the time being they're still showing the yellowing. I tried a foliage spray with a pretty diluted solution of grow big to possibly help with nitrogen, but didn't dmt notice any difference. These have been in there 5 gallon smart pots for about 25 days now with the ffof and giving fairly light feedings using ff trio. Temps stay around75-81 during day and around 72 at night. Humidity hover between 45-60% most of the time

I would epsom foliar before I did anything else. That early into flower, running humidity that low could be causing the plants to uptake more nutrient/water.. did your humidity drop recently or has it always been that low? I would think its more a mag issue than Cal. if you get rusty spots on your lower leaves,,,it's cal deficient. pale leaves and yellowing between veins is Mag. curious if your lower leaves went yellow first, or if your new growth is the only bad growth.. At any point did the plant look REALLY good?

I'll try the epsom colors feeding tmrw first thing. The humidity has been varying a bit lately but has actually been the highest it's been the past month and a half at around 65%. The lower leaves looked great before I defoliated and it's only been yellowing with the new growth. The plants have looked excellent in my opinion up until now. Attached is a picture of them 5 days ago right before defoliation and flip to 12/12. The back right plant is an OG#18 that had some kind of lockout and is a lil behind but doing better now.
