First time autoflower..
OG Kush, wassup to thick. Inside of plant not looking healthy. Doesn't seem to be bothering all the tops. Should I defoliate??? Small amounts at a time? Plant just starting transition.

First time growing it is enough work just to keep the plant health till harvest. Leaf plucking isnt something that will correct an unhealthy plant.

Pics of the plant would be helpful, if you want some advice.

Pull them all off. They're just light blockers.
Facts.. If a yellow near dried leafs are blocking leafs that are still producing energy from greener healthier leafs... by all means, pinch them off... rub a little rubbing alcohol on the severed node to limit loss of sap, profit.

My point is...you could pull all of them off and have a very healthy looking twig.

What I personally like to do, is pull the leaves off the low center of the plant, especially leaves facing toward the middle of the plant. They don't get much, if any light anyway. The biggest leaves with red petioles, I pull those if they're "in the way" of something. *Edit: i do this for autos and photos.
