delaware legalize marijuana, but our Gov. Markel pulled his pants down and took it up the *#@ by the Feds. A real man this Markel, he'll say anything to get your vote. Then Lie.

My guess the OP wants it legal, but typos, poor grammar, or whatever...

Gov. Jack Markell (D) has suspended implementation of the state’s dispensary program in light of a letter he received from United States Attorney for Delaware, Charles M. Oberly, III. - MPP source.

Will surely read the link but for the "record" YES ... DE is considered to have legalized MMJ, however no provisions have been set yet.

Also ... just to note ... due to the letter, DE is considering provisions for home growing, as opposed to state grown cannabis..

...if you ask me, they're just watching NJ to see how that fiasco turns out... my .02

Legalized marijuana is not the same as legalized MMJ or even decriminalized.
