Those numbers are used by LED manufacturers to mislead buyers. I guarantee they are not truly that many watts.
Look at the name plate (where it says how many amps it draws). The true wattage should be listed there. If not then multiply the amps by the volts to get watts. Then you want about 40 watts per square foot. 8x8 = 64 square feet. You would want around 2560 watts of LED for that space. I suspect you have less than half that much wattage.
