Yep, you will be disappointed and ripped off. Online is much better. You are better buying them online, the seed selection here in Colorado is garbage and way over priced, unless you wanna grow some fluffhead I would use an online vender.
Check out 14er in Boulder. They have a bunch of seeds for sale on their recreational side. They were all made by homebrew420 their head grower.Hey guys, I'll be in Denver between Christmas and new years and would like to pick up some seeds(too paranoid to order through mail). Any recommendations?
It's all about who you know. The selection is limited right now because of the regulations. The dispensaries half to produce their own seeds to sell for the most part. They can't be seed banks and carry every breeders genetics. Anyone in any state can open up a souviener seed bank on line and distribute for all the breeders. Rd and 303 seeds will be available again soon. I personally know 3 vendors in co who distribute seeds just like all the on line banks do so I don't half to rely on ordering through the mail. The seed selection sucks?! Is it because only the shops or commercial grows that supply recreational produce the seeds?? Or can people get the permit to sell seeds without having to own a shop and sell to the shops?? Rd and many other companies are actually a collection of growers I believe and rds growers are in co so that's surprising
Your allowed to keep any extra. Your just not allowed to sell it.Hmm.. One more question, I'm moving to Colorado soon and am wondering what can you possess? Like if I grow six plants and don't give any away and yield about a lb, by the time I have my next harvest I've likely smoked only about 3-4 ounces..i start to have a surplus... I've read up on the laws but I didn't see that information
Ya there are a lot of variables here now that the laws continues to change. Each town has its own set of regulations so you half to go by where you live. You can be a caregiver for five patients and grow for yourself. So that's 36 plants. Most towns want you to register with the state if you do become a caregiver. Wich means that you will probably be inspected at some point to make sure your on your plant count and your grow build out is up to code. The further you live from town the better off you are for the plant count situations. As far as extra goes there's no rules on being a good grower. So if you yield more than your medical card says you can keep it at your house and you'll be fine. Honestly thou if you can afford it it's always good to consult with an attorney but make sure they specialize in mmj law.Any extra? No matter what? I saw something on a lawyer site that said one ounce max but that may have been old and wrong.. Sorry for some reason responses aren't loading right today for me I'm not seeing some before I type
So right now it's pretty interesting. For recreational there were a lot of people who got a liscence for a store front but don't have a grow going so they rely on buying it wholesale through other liscenced dispensaries or people who get a liscence from the state to supply the rec dispensaries. I'm not sure at this point how many more liscences will be issued. Co is only so big. As far as quality and supply goes it all depends on the imdividual dispensary and how they are ran. One of my business partners that I've know for 12 years is the head grower for a dispensary in Denver. They have been running 250 lights for the last 5 years for just their medical. This year they have become both medical and recreational and are now building out another facility of 750 lights just for recreational whole sale.I'm going to stay out of medical, don't need to be documented as a smoker when they decide that's grounds to raise health insurance or take away gun rights.. Have a pretty solid plan to get into rec though... My goal is to have a commercial grow in 3-4 years I am pretty well versed in the laws for a legal grow i think and have plenty of time to reign all that in, and surprisingly it seems pretty easy if you have the money and skill, unless they are denying apps like crazy but my guess is not alot of people are jumping through the hoops and I'm prepared to. What is the rec and or med supply like there if you don't mind me bothering you for insight? Quality wise quantity wise? it's the growing at home without a card that gets murky which is all I can legally do for the first two years to get a Headstart on breeding.. Maybe I'm being overly optimistic and ambitious but it seems like there's still room to make a living
People the next town over got raided from a seed order. It was in the newspaper so I know it happens. Fuckers even waited 3 months after letting it go through before they went in.There are many good seed banks - Go to "Best seeds Banks" read all reviews ! Sure you will find one. If the law "busted" everyone that ordered seeds the jails/prisons would be over-run
Just no..People the next town over got raided from a seed order. It was in the newspaper so I know it happens. Fuckers even waited 3 months after letting it go through before they went in.
Hmm always keep your orders small.People the next town over got raided from a seed order. It was in the newspaper so I know it happens. Fuckers even waited 3 months after letting it go through before they went in.
What he's claiming doesn't hold legal precedence you cannot raid someone three months later with just the evidence that a package was delivered containing seeds.. He's at the least missing some key facts in the story or we ALL would have heard of this happening to this guy or that..Hmm always keep your orders small.
Texas law, seeds are not considered drug paraphernalia, because, in order to be drug paraphernalia, the items seized must be used to introduce drugs into your system. Clearly, marijuana seeds do not meet this definition. Furthermore, possession of marijuana seeds is not prohibited under the general marijuana possession statute.
