Update

Starting tie downs to prep for scrog. Branching the plant out. Also fimmed them

My candyland seeds are mutants, im interested wtf they will turn out like. The blue widow looks normal. The GDP moms are looking awesome they just got fed today

Running into a slight magnesium problem. I decided to try a more coco specific lineup and changeup from fox farm. Im not really likeing the advance nutrients sensi coco veg lineup. I started with a half strength feed and just fed with full strength yesterday. Full strength was about 900 ppm so i guess we will see what happens. Im gonna let the coco dry out a bit now so the roots can go searching, its quite possible i over watered them before toots were established . Some of the stems are slightly redish and there is slight chlorosis in the leaves. Growth rate is great though so im not that woried but i do need to correct it.

I am having a really hard time resisiting phing this advance ph perfect shit because its sitting at like 6.3 in my resevoir and from everything ive read, phing that stuff causes all kinds of problems. They also say avoid adding outside supplements like calmag so i dont know what to do lol. Using it as directed is obviously not working and ive heard other people complaining about this veg lineup as well.

Ive been messing around wth the drip system trying to size the pump because 396 gph just isnt sufficient. Thinking either a 700 or 1000.

All in all, new to coco , never used a drip system and never grew this strain before so i assumed there would be a learning experience in store for me lol. Hopefully i can figure out how to tweak this veg lineup.

Has anyone phed the ph perfect advance crap or added calmag to their sensi coco lineup?

Lol i have a tendency to overdo things so here it goes again. No more watering pressure problems haha. It was interesting to find adapters to size this down to 1/2" line. Hopefully this pump doesnt blow the lines off, i might have to use the speed controller for my fan lol.

End of week 2 veg

Week 1 = half gallon pots in mother room
Week 2 = grow room w/ co2

Liking the coco growth rates. As i suspected this sensi from advance still doesnt have enough cal mag, specifically. Magnesium and iron.

I dont get to play around with my new pump until the chlorine in my rez evaporates :( bummer. Takes too much time to fill rez with straight ro water so i did a 50/50 mix with tap. My tap water is luckily only about 140 ppm. Not sure when to drop the scrog on these yet, im definately gonna raise it up a bit from last time around.

Is it just me or do they look a bit too light green. Cant tell with lights on.

Still waiting gor these GDP's to show dingleberries or not

Watering system functional. So fucking happy to never handwater again except the flush lol. Going completely automated, 30 sec on twice a day for now and gonna bump it up to 4x a day during flower.

Finallly got i to work properly by drilling the ring holes out. We were going to use bubblers but the drip rings with larger holes seem to work much better and dont drench the stems. It was watering super uneven when we tried to water with just poked holes in the rings.

This is getting way too big too fast i think the scrog needs to go in monday when im off work.

Idk why but most of the candylands i see are mutants. But they seem to grow out of it by the 3rd-4rth set of leaves or so
