Diagnosing sick plant

You're plant looks fine to me. Light bleaching isn't really a big deal... How big is you're bulb?? How far is the bulb away from the plant?? What's the temp in the grow area with lights on??

20170128_073547.jpg The 300w LED is like 3 feet from the plant. The temp get up to like 83 with lights and fans on

Ano when mine look like that they need watering but I grow in soil. And there sat in water maybe something wrong with ya water.
