Did I hermie this "feminized" seed?

Assuming this seed was really feminized, does it appear to have hermied? It's about 3 weeks old. (It's Red Rooster).

I found when googling this -

It appears to indicate I have a female going, but I wanted to be sure. A friend mentioned it looked hermie.

I'm confused why there is such a fuss over hermies?????
Just grow the damn thing and if it does throw some nanners, deal with em.

well pollinated plants grow slow and product stuff all bud because its putting its energy in to making seeds
