hey everyone,

so i was doing some low stress training and i hung a pop can with a bit of water in it to pull my plant down. its about 3 feet tall and in its 1st week of flower. i guess it was a bit too much i walked in and the plant had fallen right over. it bent alot and there is a small crack in the stalk. will she survive??

by the way i took the can off and shes holding herself up. so if she can stand up then she wil probably survive right?

wtf? never heard of that kind of stressing

why would you do that?
people super crop all the time, bend the branch 90 degrees.
Your plant will be fine, I've almost completely broken a branch off and just put it back in place and tape it up and a few days later ir was completely healed.

It will survive that just fine, just make sure you prop it up on something so the stem is set together so it will heal back together. Try to use hooks and slowly bend the plant yourself then hook them instead of using weights to bend them down.

when you bend them you are supposed to do it a bit each day, not all at once, i have done that with just bending too much to fast before, if it'll stand then leave it be, if not then stand it up, prop it with a steak and bandaid the split section.... it works.. the fixed one is a major clone producer...

here's my learnin time with it...

what he said but do more than prop it, tie string from your plant to your steak where needed so that the stem fits flush where you snapped it

haha yea i didnt think it was a bad idea either. same idea as tieing it down basically. plants doing well seems to be stiffening up and im not noticing any issues in the way of color or growth. thanks for the concern everyone
