Did I pick a good bunch of clones?

I just want to start by saying this was my first try at mothering and cloneing. I loved Jack herer strain so I picked one clone out of five that was growing supper fast then I grew it for two months with low amounts of nitrogen then I cut 12 pretty large clones and then three weeks later there was roots showing on all 12clones. Just one is showing less because it was pushed all the way through the rockwool but the one interdode that I cut then dipped rooted so I transplanted six days ago and finaly I'm now seeing some baby leaf popping out the top. The one that was pushed through is drooping alittle bit and doesn't seem to be growing as fast probly because there's less root. Will this end up a big problem. Oh yea and I'm seeing real light color green leaf. Mabey it has a nitrogen def. Another thing Is I'm now growing with the ebb n grow 12 pot system I'm just not seeing the healthy clones I'm used to but was told to be patient and as soon as they all show roots through the botom raise the ppm and wach as they blow up with growth. Now does this sound right?

just let those roots grow and hit them with 1/4 strength food the have just been trying to grow into a natural medium so the growth will be a little yellow untill the roots can get in that water

Yea one of my clones has three leaves and one is droopy this happens to be the one that poked through the bottom and has only two small roots. I just know it's going to cause problems sooner or later I just don't have another to replace it what do you do when it's all apart of the system. Ebb n grow? I like it so far I guess I just haven't seen much growth compared to my last soil grows. Mabey I should get a couple clones going incase I need to start over I guess
