Did I SCROG for too long ?

I am now on the 23rd day since the 12/12 switch. The bud sites are only about 2.5 inches above the scrog. This is a indica dominant strain. The white hair is really starting build up and looks like the plant is in bud building mode.

Does anyone have any thoughts on my current situation? Will a plant continue to have slow verticle growth after the initial explosive stretch? Any recommendations for my future scrog grow ?

You could have probably spaced the shoots more evenly but it looks fine. How high is the light above the SCROG and what type/wattage etc?

Thanks for your reply. The canopy is about 2 feet by 3 feet in size. It's under a HLG 260w v2 3000k. 100 percent power. 20 inches above.
