Die f strips amps,volts...

Hey
I just build my new light ,
24 Samsung f strips Double raw
2× meanwell hgl240 24 A
(Spread in 2 sytems each 12 f strips)

My Problem is;
I put a Power meter between, and it Shows
450w at 25volts
When i turn the voltage down to 22v it shows 220 watt(what it should)


How so i meassure amps total output?

The current is going to be dictated by the voltage divided by the impedance (which is a fancy name for a resistance that changes based on certain factors).

Let's say you had one volt, and it goes over a 2-ohm load... 1/2=0.5A
Now lets say the load heats up and changes to 1.5ohm, at the same voltage, the load will now be demanding 1/1.5=0.6666A from the power supply.

I dont realy understand it ;)

But i set the voltage down to 22V
And let it run.
(It is much less light then on 23volts)


But i Start vegi with my clones in ebb&Flow on hydroton.
What distance shout i Start (clones to light)
Maybe 35 inches?
