Different Spectrums in the Grow Room?

i have a 600w hps on the top and i put a 60w dual soectrum that i used for vegging on the bottom towards the bottom of the plant can anyone tell me if thats doin anything positive to the plant or am i wasting watts???
any advice helps thanks

I wanna say as long as the plant is big enough to take all that wattage. I know some people have problem with light getting through the canopy so they do add light to the bottom.

yes but im adding blue spectrum not red spectrum is that a waste?

Nah man, it's all good! The more complete a spectrum you can give the plant the better.
