Dim lights for seedlings?

My seedlings just sprouted two days ago.
1000w LED grow light I have it turned all the way down (DIM)... do I leave the lights dim until the plants get bigger or should I put them at 100% power? Or somewhere in between?

Try 50% for a week and see how they do, any signs of stretch and put light closer or turn light up

Probably not real 1000 watts. What's the actual power draw from the wall?

Seedlings don't need much in terms of light. Just enough to stop stretching.
