Dimmable Balast Recommendations

Just finishing setting up my 4x4 tent with a 400W. Last piece I need is a Ballast. Can anyone send some recommendations?

I have a 1000w phantom and i love it.

Adjustawatt is the best digital ballast out there, it's great.

ebay is best. you can get a digital dimable for 85 bucks, Apollo , or lumitech - any dimable is good, vs magnetic, I would get a 600 watt dimable in that tent, if its not to hot crank it up to the max, it will cost almost the same

Personally I would stay away from any ballast that has an internal fan. The fan is installed in order for them to use a cheaper set of chips and diodes, once your fan goes its not long before failure. For that money a 600 watt lumi would be the way I would go But I could be a little bias?
