Smell: Well i've read that there are 2 main pheno's of CJ. the first being Fruity. Well this is far from fruity. This one has to be the second pheno. It's like really really strong citrusy ... I don't really wanna use the word lemon but it leans twards it. It's very unique, Very Stinky.

Taste: Taste's just like it smells. Strong!!! Not harsh but a good lung expander.

The High: The high is just unbelievable. Just as strong as the taste and smell. This has it all. There is no ceiling with this one. I mean it. It's very sativa and is strong in the head. Makes me want to write songs all day long. Very inspirational.

Comments: I got this seed as a freebie from a tude promo and it sat in the drawer for a while because it never even peaked my interest. A friend wanted to do some outdoor so I started this along with a Sweet Deep Grapefruit. He never got around to putting it out so it ended up getting put in rotation.

Man am I glad I took cuttings off that thing. It currently blows everything else in the room away. By a long shot. It may flower longer but it clones quick and grows even quicker. And Yield is so worth the extra days. This is in the top 3 out of around 30 strains my co-op has now. It's fast become a favorite.

I can't vouch for the fruity pheno but the one I got rocks the house!!!. I got a Critical+ and a Moby Dick from them that I can't wait to try. Before I got the freebie I had never really heard much about these guys. But man This plant grows so well. Thanks for the rep. I wish I had a camera but figured I had to get the word out on this one!!

hi there i defo agree that the dinafem critical+ is a banggnn strain i hold my hat of to dinafem ,i just ran 5 of these girls out about a month ago and now with a month in jar's it defo 9/10, i'v also just got 3 crictal jack that i've just fliped, they'll be a nice crimbo smoke, and i'm also running another 1 of my favourits fruit-auto from dinafem this is another good producer n top qulity, i've personaly got nothing bad i can say about this seedbank

Good review +rep. I've been considering this strain. Heard a lot of good things about the dinafem camp.

I have grown out the other main pheno of Critical Jack--hybrid appearance and vigor, fast-finishing (about 8 weeks), high-yielding (according to Dinafem, only Critical + produces more), very resinous (great vapor), powerful and intense scent of lemon candy, some notes reminiscent of diesel, taste when smoked is very resinous (sweeter when vaped, it is quite a taste sensation). The effects are typical mixed hybrid; fast on the up, slow on the down, an initial hybrid-sativa effect that after an hour or so tapers into a mellow, physical buzz. A great herb, maybe Dinafem´s best acquisition to satisfy both personal growers and medical cooperatives´demands.

Might I add that I plan to grow this out again (currently trying to select a nice Critical Mass mother for a keeper, so it´ll be a while).

Dinafem is a really solid company.

i have a 3-pack on the way from attitude maybe it will be ready by x-mas been eyeballing it for awhile now after reading this i acted on it

My last 2 grows were Dinafem Critical Jack. It is a heavy yielder. I got 3+ zips per plant in DWC hydro under 400W using lucas. It's definitely one of my faves.

cool, i can't wait to test my UFO now and see how it compares to other jacks. i've at least liked every jack cross i've tried so far. i'm expecting sannie's jack f7 to be "the best" because of his rep as a breeder and the longer flowering time, but i'm eager to see what effect critical + has on jack as it's in so many crosses these days.

fruity vs lemon skunk is some serious pheno variation! i'd prefer fruity as funk and i don't get along at all, but getting high is the priority. whatever strain does that best or most speedily, is a favorite.

Was thinking about snagging some critcal jack of my own, after some deep searching it looks like the critical+ high isnt all to impressive, but I'm sure with a little jack in there and if I skill the grow, im hoping it will be something crazy. This thread helped a lot.

it's a lot better than pure big bud though. critical+ is more of a cash cropping strain than connoisseur grade, but hooking that up with jack herer can only be a step towards the good side of mids. crossing it back to jack herer again would be even better, but i'm hoping something really nice happens with CJ sprayed by malawi gold. it's have to be way better than old school crap that's too indica dominant.

very very slowly, the effects of indica pollution are getting pushed back. CJ's another soldier in the war to bring getting high back to the masses. i bet it shows up in some new crosses eventually.

man i hope i don't get anything too funky. i'll have to cut it down as i hate stinky strains. so far, i haven't really needed odor control & chopped both hashberry & white castle down for funkin' my space up. i always give anything i know is going to be funky away. despite everyone trying to tell me not to, i just waved buh bye to me LA cons. i don't need them. don't want them. skunk & stone can kiss my hairy exit.
