Dinafem Purple Orange CBD...HTF!?

So, Dinafem has this strain called Purple Orange CBD. Which is a California Orange Diesel x California Orange Diesel. Now, I have had the California Orange Diesel which is a LSD x Agent Orange. The California Orange Diesel will absolutely knock your dick in the dirt with a relatively high THC of 22-24% and low CBD, so my question is.... How in the bloody hell does the THC lower to 10%, and CBD spike to well above what the original strain has, just from inbreeding the same strain as they claim!??!?!

Can someone please explain how this works? Thank you kindly.
