Directsunlight and fabriclots

So i have 5 plants all in fabric pots ..
So when there in direct sunlight and the pots gets
hot should i be concerned? Its about 87f today
When i go to touch the outside of the pot its pretty hot but if i stick my finger in the soil it feels pretty cool .. should they be fine with being in direct sunlight?

I try to wet mine down on the outside in mid day and actually overwater as needed

Kool ill wet them down on the outside ..
I get good direct sunlight so the only thing im worried bout is having the sun beating down on those pots all day ..

Cover them with a light colored blanket

Nurseries use black pots in the sun all day long. Plants do just fine. Cannabis is just a plant. Make sure they stay watered and you'll be fine.

It's the middle of October and your tiny plants aren't flowering

The last thing on my mind would be my fabriclots

So i just ended up putting this shade cloth 30% and will be having them under it for the hottest part of the day ... u sure they aint flowering lol

Nurseries do not use black fabric pots. I try to get grey when I can. Would you rather wear a black shirt or a grey shirt in the sun?

Also, dry backs in flower aren't necessarily bad

Plants medium strategically drying up while it's in flower to bring out some prettier stuff

Take into consideration ur fabric pot drying faster than regular pots or in ground plants

Last thing I grew in a 7 gal fabric pot was a 18' Sunflower. I had to water it everyday in the morning, sometimes twice a day as it would show leaf droop around 2PM from the sun beating down around the fabric and my assumption is drying out the perimeter soil. I think this is why many plants don't appear rootbound in fabric. The soil dries from the outside in and not from the top down. Fabric pots outside are pretty high maintenance

Ideally. Block the sun from hitting the pots.

Roasted rootballs can lead to root issues. Not always.

What bout wooden pots dont they conduct less heat ? Thinking of putting some into the ground and others in wooden pots
