Discoloration on plant , some small holes rare

pics are attached

Some small holes are on 3-4 of the leaves with yellow on the inside of the holes.

One leaf turned yellow with some brown spotting towards the bottom also.

Some leafs come in a little twisted ( seem to have fixed this though)

What could the issue be? I was using shit soil and not feeding it for 3 weeks , I figured a nitrogen deficiency so I got good soil and nutes, have seen much better growth.

U need to be feeding nutrients at least every other day starting at a quartery strength to start with at the very most. And take it from there

Changing soil and using nutrients more was a good move.as u said it's looking better so speaks for itself there.
It could just be the genetics of the seed the reason there a little deformed and may grow out.are they all like that?
How many have you sprouted?

Just one of them, i'm actually only growing this one plant and hoping it goes well, trying pretty hard on it too haha , very concerned about the small yellow holes and the deformation of some of the leafs, not all of them and the new vegetation seems to look great...

I have the very same thing going on right now with a white widow and a Brian berry cough plant. I have no idea what it is yet but I'll let you know if mine gets any better or worse and what caused it. I hope yours get better too.

Edit: Mine aren't as bad as that one single leaf in the photo, but some of my plants leaves have those holes or abnormalities

Check new pictures of removed leafs out, notice the holes on the small leaf, then notice the curving and discoloring of the second leaf

Edit: leaf has brown tips

Here are some more pics , kind of worried now :( as you can see more yellow, curling at the end of the leaves , and 2 fan leafs have really small holes in them
looks like a possible phosphorus issue.
albeit rare...
but the greenish-blue dark color of the leaves also leads me to believe this.
phosphorus isn't used by the plant in low ph/acidic conditions very well.
or in high ph conditions either, forms with calcium to make calcium phosphate
the other thing that is alarming is the tiny dots i see.
double check the undersides to make sure you don't have mites too, remember a sick plant is WAY more vulnerable to mites and bugs than a healthy one

Keep in mind most phosphorus defs ARENT deficiencies, rather than growing environments that aren't conducive for the phosphorus to be used.

but some of the stuff you mentioned leads me to believe that it may be something else, but the pics resemble a P def.

But usually it's accompanied by slow or no growth, and the older leaves will start getting issues like the pics
especially the dark greenish pic of the fan leaf, that odd shade sorta bluish too is a telltale sign of phosphorus issues

but like i said, it doesn't fit your scenario perfectly, phosphorus defs aren't common, usually are caused by other thing making the phosphorus unavailable to the plant

i'd need more information and more pics to tell you more.

I really appreciate the information you have provided.

What other questions do you have for me that can maybe fill in your missing information regarding the plant..

The stems appear red at some parts of my plants, and green in other parts.

I've read online that this red stem is another sign of Phosphorus deficiency,

What can I do to fix the issue now that I've already started nutrients? will it fix itself? will the plant be damaged in the long term?

Provide whole plant pics. It helps diagnose. We need to see new growth. If its ok then you are good as old growth won't recover.

It was a combo off N deficiency and over watering with possible ph problem.
