Discoloration.. Whats Wrong?! [PICS+REP]

i notice some yellowing on my upper leaves
and a little bit of stunted growth.
some leaves are rather thin at the top..

one plants main stem has some slight red in it.


also i noticed this discoloration on my leaves:

what seems to be the problem?
please help..

could be calcium, what kinda water are you using??

looks like u need some cal/mag

The 2nd and third pic look like it may be a molybdenum deficiency.
